covering Midwest for sales/marketing, systems implementation and consulting services. Consult with customers and publishers

Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Responsible for coordinating product development activities for family business. My father developed
47 patents, mostly plastics applications in the transportation and housing industry. Coordinated with suppliers such as GE
Plastics and Dow Chemical to develop new product applications. Wrote applications for Small Business Innovation Research grants.
Conducted new product research under the supervision of the University of Wisconsin, Department of Mechanical Engineering.
Submitted research to US Department of Energy - Oakridge Laboratory. Coordinated prototype development and technology transfer
with product manufacturers. (1990 to 1992) Senior Human Resources Consultant, Corporate Education Resources, Inc., Fairfield, Iowa. Consulted with
over 50 of the Fortune 500 and other large institutions to develop and implement automated human resources planning, assessment,
training and succession planning systems. Facilitated client decision-making and provided training and consulting to
conduct job analysis, determine skills sets and implement human resource planning and development processes. (1987 to
1990) Statewide Coordinator,
Conferences and Continuing Education, University of Alaska, Fairbanks, Alaska. Collaborated with wide variety of businesses
and institutions to design, develop, and coordinate in-service and professional licensure training programs. Recruited
and marketed top trainers and workshop leaders for statewide seminars and learning retreats. (1985 to 1986) Director, Alaska Life/Work Planning Center, Fairbanks, Alaska. Responsible
for start-up and growth of career development and job readiness service-provider business. Developed contracts with
area schools, Alaska Vocational Rehabilitation, the U.S. Army Education Office, and Tribal Agencies. Worked with over
3,000 individuals and delivered over 200 workshops. Wrote book; Stalking the Great Alaskan Job, magazine and journal
articles, research studies, newspaper columns and produced video series. (1980 to 1985) Director of Training and Career Development, CETA/Adult Learning Programs
of Alaska, Fairbanks, Alaska. Designed, developed and managed training and assistance services for 500 CETA Public Service
Employment participants in a service delivery region the size of Texas. Supervised six staff and contracted numerous
trainers and consultants. Initially hired as assessment specialist and instructor/counselor in adult education.
